Questions

Do the people I invite pay?

No. Everyone you invite to write, review or approve joins free from a link in their email, from any organization. Only the organization leading a release needs a plan.

Is embargo only for joint releases?

No. Comms teams use it for their own releases too, with programs, departments, leadership and legal writing and approving on one page. Joint releases with other organizations work the same way.

What does leading a release mean?

Starting it and running it: setting up the sections, inviting people and setting the lift. Taking part in another organization’s release is always free.

Which plan fits an agency?

Organization. Agencies need it for client work: a press kit for every client, and releases you run for clients with their authorization on record.

Can we turn AI off?

Yes. AI is optional for every release, and you choose who can use it, or turn it off. With it off, no release text goes to an AI model.
